Financial Consultant - Remote

Bajaj Finance is hiring freshers across India for a fully remote Financial Consultant role. You will connect with pre-qualified leads, understand their financial needs, and help them choose the right Bajaj Finance product — personal loans, EMI cards, home loans, or fixed deposits. All work happens over the phone from home. No field visits, no branch sitting required.

Before going live, Bajaj Finance provides complete paid product training covering their full range of financial products, objection handling, and CRM tools. You will be fully prepared before making your first real call.

This is a performance-driven role — the more conversions you achieve, the higher your monthly take-home through incentives. Freshers who stay consistent grow into senior consultant and team lead roles within 6 to 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call pre-qualified leads and explain Bajaj Finance loan and EMI card products
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
• Follow up with interested leads and assist them through the application process
• Update CRM with daily call notes and lead status
• Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets

Requirements

• Any graduate: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech
• Good speaker Hindi and English
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
