HR Recruiter - Flexible Work from Anywhere

We're a mid-sized team, and our hiring has picked up quite a bit over the last year. Right now, one person is handling most of the recruitment load, and that's not sustainable. So we're bringing someone on who can own this properly—sourcing candidates, screening resumes, talking to people, coordinating interviews, and keeping everything moving without things slipping through.

Most of the work happens online, through job portals, LinkedIn, and email. You'll be working from home, so you need to be someone who stays on top of things without needing daily check-ins. If you've done this before and know how to manage a pipeline without losing track of where each candidate stands, you'll fit right in.

What the job involves

• Finding candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods
• Going through resumes and doing initial screening calls
• Scheduling interviews and keeping candidates updated at each stage
• Maintaining recruitment records and updating the ATS regularly
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand what they actually need

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• You know how to source candidates, not just post jobs and wait
• Comfortable with ATS tools—we use one and you'll need to keep it updated
• Good with communication, both written and on calls
• Can manage multiple roles at once without dropping the ball
• Works independently—this is a remote role and we won't be micromanaging
• A degree in HR or Business is preferred, but your experience matters more
